Consistent Conditioning for Ice Skaters

Although it can be hard for a beginning skater, try to maintain a consistent conditioning program. Doing so will almost certainly help you to perform better in competition. The program you choose should work on your weaknesses and build on your strengths to steadily build your fitness in all areas. But don’t overdo it—you should never train seven days a week.
