Welcome again to our third episode in Riedell’s Meet the Craftsmen series. We’ve taken you behind the scenes to meet Lee and Angel, two of the expert craftsmen and women who take great pride in creating the world’s highest quality figure skates.

Today we’re pleased to introduce Tom Varnado, who works in the Lasting and Finishing Department. Here, you’ll see how he expertly attaches the insole to the upper (or leather of the skate boot) to ensure the best fit possible.
