Parker Pennington’s ‘Skate For Life’ a Huge Success

Written By: Riedell | July 23, 2009

The second annual Skate for Life, hosted by Riedell skater Parker Pennington, raised more than $23,000—surpassing last year’s amount by $3,000. Skate for Life, which was held on June 27 at the Hoover Arena in Strongsville, Ohio, is an ice show benefit for muscular dystrophy. World, Olympic and U.S. skating champions and competitors, hip-hop dancers and live singers helped raise money to find a cure for muscular dystrophy.
