August Figure Skate Boot of the Month: 375 Gold Star

Written By: Riedell | July 28, 2011

Today we introduce a new tradition here at iSkateRiedell.com: the Boot of the Month, where we highlight one of our PSA endorsed figure skate boots! Our Boot of the Month for August is the 375 Gold Star Classic.

375 Gold Star Classic Back By Popular Demand

One of Riedell’s most popular boots, we brought the 375 Gold Star Classic back into our Competitive Series line up in 2011. Better than ever, we updated the boot you love with a new Vibration Dampening Outsole (VDO) which is a midsole of full leather with a laminated urethane membrane. Why include the VDO in this boot? It allows for improved shock absorption on jumps and provides a firm mounting area for blades (like the Eclipse Infinity, Mist or Volant!) for a more secure and precise feeling on the ice.

The 375 Gold Star Classic is designed with other performance features you trust like a triple laminated tongue for extra support, flex notch for improved lateral support and rolled comfort collar. Each pair of 375 Gold Star Classics is expertly crafted by master bootmakers in our Red Wing, MN facility.

The 375 Gold Star Classic is available in Ladies, Men’s and Youth sizes. Check out our Boot Recommendation Chart on page 24 of our 2011 Catalog to see which Riedell boot is perfect to help you reach your skating goals.

Look familiar? 2009 Midwestern Sectionals Silver Medalist McKinzie Daniels trusts the 375 Gold Star Classic, and Riedell skater Rachael Flatt rocks a custom 375 Gold Star Classic when she hits the ice.
