Like most skaters, I think breaking in new skates is extremely difficult. A couple of years ago, I had a bad experience breaking in new boots. They suddenly gave me multiple foot problems and held back my training. Stephanie at Edgewise in Kansas City suggested that I try Riedell skates. I was a little hesitant at first at the idea of breaking in ANOTHER pair of boots, but now I have no regrets! My new Riedell boots not only made my feet feel better from the distress caused by my last boots, but my feet were more comfortable than ever! Riedells are (by far!) the easiest pair of skates that I have ever broken in during the 14 years of my skating career. I am so thankful to Stephanie and Riedell for all their help!
